Job Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, including user management, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within Jira.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira functionality, performance, and integrations.
- Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices and usage.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred skill:
