➤ Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in Kannada,Hindi and English languages as per region.

➤ Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

➤ Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus • Ability to apply knowledge of CC procedures and carry out tasks accordingly.

➤ Be a self-starter with attention to detail.

➤ Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.
