Job Responsibilities:

Works under routine direction, uses some discretion in resolving problems or enquiries. Works without frequent reference to others.
Designs testing process, documentation standards and ensures proper test representation. Ensures test scripts reflect end-to-end processes and intended system usage. Supports the process of classifying issues and documenting issue resolution.
Uses Industry Standard tools for accepting, managing and resolving issues identified during testing.
Has some interaction with business stakeholders to clarify systems requirements and business processes, incorporating them into the testing process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree from any stream

Preferred skill:

Strong and proven problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment, fast paced and handle planned and unplanned responsibilities
Influencing and showcasing stakeholder management skills
Working with both in-country and remote teams
Being competent in the English language (both written and verbal)
Experience in Workday, HR Functions, and other ERP Systems is advantageous
