Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of escalation paths to internal resources responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of our documentation, tools, and other document distribution tools.
- Monitor daily support traffic in multiple ticketing systems to ensure that assistance is provided and mapped to the appropriate parties and follow up on all requests to ensure they are resolved.
- Maintain infrastructure and DevOps for various applications to enable document authoring and distribution.
- Debug applications and provide solutions.
- Create Help topics\articles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from any stream.
- 0-2 years’ experience working in a technology/IT business.
Preferred skill:
- SQL and debugging skills
- Knowledge of any programming languages (c#, Java, or Python).
- Ability to develop procedures and training material for a dynamic and fast paced environment required.
- DevOps experience with Jenkins or another tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field OR Associates degree or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated team contributor with ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
