Job Responsibilities
• Perform initial validations & execute uploads – Upload files to TM1 tool
• Perform basic error handling and validations
• Perform inter and intra system reconciliations as documented in SOP’s
• Responsible for actively soliciting feedbacks, identify action plans, and follow through to ensure improvement on processes and technical issues are resolve
• Responsible for availability of monthly & quarterly Actual Financials to meet reporting requirements
• Responsible for end-to-end data validation and corrective actions/maintenance to ensure data quality and integrity (Actual & Budget)
Skills Required
• Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong process mindset
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and Ability to connect across cultures/countries
• Continuous process improvement orientation
• Willing to learn new technology
• Willing to working in Shifts including night shifts
• Knowledge of Finance/ Accounting desirable
Knowledge on SharePoint and/or SQL desirable
KNowledge on Python scripting desirable
