Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR operational data on headcount, attrition, and other related data.
  • Responsible for data management of payable days/leave calculation, shift allowance, holiday workings, overtime calculations, salary processing data of all employees.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources.
  • Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with team and stakeholders.
  • Data entry actions on workday/tracker onboarding, offboarding and other related items.
  • Manage and track employee referrals mails, status updates, create regular reports as needed.

Other adhoc HR activities as needed:

  • SPOC for the HRMS Tool (Darwinbox preferable).
  • Handling the off boarding and exit formalities.
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Taking care of the pre onboarding formalities.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and taking care of  joining formalities.
  • Generating HR related documents & customizing as per needs.
  • Responding to HR-related queries within a TAT of 36 hours.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.
