Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in Providing L1 Application support Experience in documenting L1 task and to be performed on routine basis.
- Knowledge in database or Data
- Migration/Data base Transfer would be nice Knowledge in IT Application support. But not in Hardware/networking support.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting Web based / Windows based Applications Knowledge in Troubleshooting ERP/.Net/JAVA based Application and Should ready to work on all holidays where in comp-off can be availed.
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 supports which include night shifts (sometime).
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE, B.Tech from any stream
Preferred skill:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skill
- Hands on with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office)
- Creative thinking ability, proactive attitude and drive for results
- Flair for planning, managing and conducting all events related to employee engagement
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
