Job Responsibilities
Your job role includes support all learning administration and operations work:
➤ Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
➤ Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
➤ Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and other learning related reports
➤ Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
➤ Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
➤ Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
➤ Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
➤ The work requires that you work in 2 PM -11 PM India Time
Qualifications
Required:
· Any Bachelors Degree
· Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
· Intermediate excel skills
· Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable
