Job Responsibilities:

Construction design and schedule review

Market research & presentations – reporting on market land sales, investment sales as well as market indicators such as rents, land prices, cap rates etc
Lease database management and administration
Rent and Open administration
Management of Preventive Maintenance Contracts

BE/B.Tech from Civil Engineering,
