Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement high quality Application Software with minimal defects that conforms with suggested design patterns and best practices using Pega Platform
- Design applications from modeling the data schema to building out the process flows to creating mock-ups for the interfaces leveraging Pega’s Low code development methodology
- Understand and deliver solutions to the business problem with end user empathy
- Execute processes according to the Application Software Development Life Cycle
- Work as part of a collaborative agile team of talented engineers following Agile Methodologies
- Provide inputs to design documents
- Take ownership of bugs and designing and implementing a story and drive it to completion
- Develop and execute unit test cases to draft test your work
- Provide effort and time estimates to complete work
- Proactively provide feedback to Platform’s Engineering team and participate in adoption and implementation testing for new Platform features.
Education Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Application Software development experience, preferably in a product development company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related field

- You enjoy exploring the latest developments and best practices in the Application Software industry and applying them at work.
