Key Responsibilities:

Support and lead various aspects of Finance configurations, implementations, modifications, and enhancements within Workday, such as requirement gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, and development.
Support and lead the ongoing configuration of business processes, workflows, security roles, and user roles.
Investigate and resolve system issues, unexpected results, or flaws in processes, and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Analyze data or facts, then summarise and present findings in an engaging manner.
To achieve the best results, collaborate with the Security and Integration teams.
Collaborate with the Report Writer to develop reports and assist in providing financial reporting training.
Instill trust and create consensus around business processes and design.
Changes and updates should be documented within Workday for effective change management and training needs.
Make detailed functional and technical design documents, such as test plans, cases, and user training materials.
Think about potential enhancements and methodologies to improve the overall experience.
Collaboration with HR and TECH is required to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
