Eligibility Criteria:
Vice President (Transformation) :
- Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc (Computer Science)/B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution. OR
- Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 7 years with at least 3-5 years of experience in running Contact Centre/BPO domain (preferable Contact Centre of Any Bank).
Program Manager :
- Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B. Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution. OR
- Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs. with atleast 2 yrs. experience as Program Manager.
Manager Quality & Training :
- Regular : Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Graduation or post-graduation degree in a HR field preferred but not mandatory).
- Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with atleast 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive centres of BPO.
Command Centre Manager :
- Regular : Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Graduation or post-graduation degree in a HR field preferred but not mandatory).
- Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with atleast 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive BPO.
